All grades are based on the Specialty Coffee Association Cupping form.

This coffee is extremely tasteful and flavorful. Our coffee is grown in the mountains of Huila, Colombia using special techniques to enhance flavor.

These beans were harvested in December of 2023, so they are very fresh!
